TWO/PWC Mentoring Program is Official Agency Mentoring Program

I would like to personally thank Ms. Ventris Gibson and AHR for their support toward our program.   The confidence the FAA agency has placed in our Mentoring Program will be met and the program will continue to expand to more locations throughout the nation.   We consider our Mentoring program to be a win-win situation, one that benefits the Mentee's organization as well as the mentee.

Ventris shared with us this exciting news when Lynette Jamison (PWC national President) and I were at the national EA Forum this past Tuesday and Wednesday (Sept 11-12).  I was very excited to hear about it and reflected on how far TWO has come from he days when TWO started their first formal Mentoring program in Washington Headquarters in 1994 with 40 Mentees.   I truly appreciate all the hard work that Trish Autry and Terri Wateman have put forth in working this issue with HR on a national level.   I look forward to Cindy Lundberg's involvement as our TWO National Mentoring POC.

I am also so proud of all in TWO who have been part of this endeavor since the early 90's to present day.   There are too many to mention but without them this program would not exist.   Kudos to all of you who have been part of this historic event.
