This year's conference theme, "TWO Turns Twenty - The Journey of Excellence
Continues", was also celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA). The conference was opened by Daniel Rodriguez,
America's Beloved Tenor, performing "God Bless America".
The 'TWO Living Legends' luncheon featured an improv of Harriet
Quimby by Connie Tobias. The conference included training to support
the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen), Technical Evaluations,
AOV Credentialing Program, and Systems Thinking, among many other topics.
The Banquet featured Tony Della and there was also a tour of Ground Zero.
